Changshu Switch and Huigong Cloud started their cooperation in 2018 and have gained many improvements and enhancements in factory operation leaning and digitalization, and have maintained close contact with Huigong Cloud to make progress together. The goal of this [IPS Factory Diagnostic Survey] project is to evaluate the health status of the enterprise through the professional diagnosis of Huigong Cloud, to create an industrial system that supports the sustainable development of Changshu Switch, and to solidify the solid foundation of Changshu Switch's future development plan!

The IPS manufacturing operation system of WiseGovCloud is composed of senior industrial experts and digital experts who, through high-level communication, factory site visits, cross-validation and multi-departmental interviews, fully investigate the current situation of the factory floor, analyze the data and go straight to the root to find the development direction suitable for Changshu Switch.
