The "Three Firsts and Two New" recognition system in Jiangsu Province serves as a pivotal policy tool for advancing the research, development, and application of new technologies and products within the province. Its primary objective is to motivate enterprises to make breakthroughs in key core technologies and expedite the commercialization of their research outcomes. Specifically, the "Three Firsts" encompass the first set of equipment, the first batch of new materials, and the first version of software. Notably, the first set of equipment refers to high-end equipment that fills a domestic or provincial gap. The "Two New" refers to new technologies and products, excluding those covered by the "Three Firsts," that exhibit innovation and possess market potential.

In recent years, driven by both market forces and policies, the new energy industry has experienced explosive growth, leading to an increasing demand for system voltage. Coupled with the challenging operational environment, this poses unprecedentedly stringent challenges to the performance of circuit breakers.
