In order to promote the development of building electrical industry in Suzhou under the new situation, give full play to the important role of the Society in promoting scientific and technological innovation and serving social and economic development, the "2022 Suzhou-China (Nantong) Building Electrical Academic Conference", jointly organized by the Building Electrical Professional Committee of Nantong Civil Engineering Society, the Building Electrical Professional Committee of Yangzhou Civil Engineering Society and the Building Electrical Professional Committee of Taizhou Civil Engineering Society, co-organized by Changshu Switch Manufacturing Co.
The second working meeting of "Intelligent Power Supply and Distribution Design Standard for Civil Buildings", which was edited by SIDI (Beijing) International Architectural Design and Consulting Co., Ltd, was successfully held on November 4 in Conference Room 510, Lianfeng Road Factory of our company.
On the morning of November 4, 2022, Changshu Switchgear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. started a new round of cooperation with Huigong Cloud, and the [CPS System Construction] project, which was jointly built by both sides, was launched. Since Changshu Switch has joined hands with Huigong Cloud in 2018, it has made various improvements and enhancements in lean and digital factory operations. The CPS system construction project will create an industrial system that will support Changshu Switch's sustainable development in the next 30-50 years and inject strong momentum for Changshu Switch to enter the ranks of world-class enterprises!

The "Double Carbon" Goal and New Electricity System
In September 2020, General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the goal of "striving to peak CO2 emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060".
In March 2021, at the ninth meeting of the Central Finance and Economics Commission, General Secretary Xi Jinping made further arrangements for achieving peak carbon and carbon neutrality, and proposed the construction of a new power system with new energy as the mainstay.
New type of power distribution system - active power distribution system
The active power distribution system features large-scale photovoltaic power generation, large-scale energy storage devices and charging piles, a high proportion of low-voltage DC, and control power electronics.
Distributed energy sources and energy storage devices, etc. have a substantial impact on the tide and short-circuit current of the distribution network, and present new challenges to the protection control and operation management of the distribution network.
It includes problems in power access management, dispatch management of distributed energy, load regulation management, voltage control, power control, relay protection, short-circuit current limitation, fault location and isolation.
The report introduces a variety of product solutions for active power distribution systems from three aspects: new requirements on the power side, new requirements on the distribution side protection, and new requirements on integrated management.
For the new requirements of the power supply side, the report introduces targeted solutions such as: special circuit breakers for PV grid connection, automatic simultaneous closing, automatic double power conversion with bypass, equipment non-stop high-speed conversion, and intelligent load regulation and control.
For the new requirements of distribution side protection, such as: directional area interlock protection, double parameter setting, B-type residual current protection, DC protection for DC distribution systems are introduced.

On August 11-12, 2022, the 4th China (Changsha) Lithium Anode and Cathode Materials Technology and Industrialization Symposium kicked off at the Beyoncé Phoenix Hotel in Changsha.
The conference was a great success, with experts, scholars, engineers and technicians from the cathode and anode material industry chain at home and abroad. Hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors fully communicated, pooled their wisdom and discussed with each other.
As a co-organizer of the conference, Changshu Switchgear shone in the conference with its "solutions for low-voltage circuit breakers in the lithium battery and positive and negative electrode material industries".
As the country comprehensively promotes the strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutral", the new energy industry has become an important force to achieve the national double carbon target and promote energy transformation. Relying on years of technology accumulation, Changshu Switch has seized the opportunity of "double carbon", further optimized its business structure and increased its ability to provide system solutions, and customize the form to deeply bind industrial customers.
